What To Do If Therapy Isn’t Working

To Be Honest, Research Shows 70% of People Do Not Improve Until 26th Session of Therapy. Research Also Shows 40% of People Do Better than General Population That Has Never Received Therapy.

Therapy is can be a good investment. However, going to a few sessions, or completing 1-2 months of therapy rarely has significant changes. Therapy is a commitment. However, its benefits are also hit or miss. Results depends on your needs being met; being matched with right therapist; your readiness; your ego strength and the best approach for you. Although, I support therapy, the above mentions means that, therapy may or may not benefit you.

I Specialize In Results Not Therapy!

Are you ready to transform and manifest your dreams? Are you tired of traditional therapy? Do you find yourself attending therapy, yet walking away from the experience with the same endless results, that seem to reappear when triggered? Perhaps, you have completed therapy, only to go back to therapy for the same issue, years later? Investing your time and money in therapy and believing you have buried the hatchet, is the beginning of frustration when the root cause of obstacles are not being addressed. If you are tired of traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which happens to focus on CBT interventions, homework and a one size fits all perspective, perhaps you are ready for a revolutionary psychoanalytic, coaching/ consulting experience, instead. Many people have negative connotations about therapy, believing something is defective about them and or feeling resentful and ashamed.

What makes my approach different is, I choose to see people for who they were meant to be, before trauma, neglect, abuse and abandonment took place and fractured their soul. I work from a higher self perspective, vs using the perspective of lower self, diagnosing and seeing people as broken. I am also selective about whom I work with because I believe more in vibes and what’s meant to be versus viewing a person as a customer.

I also believe, You are not what happened to you. You are not a reflection of your parents’ faults towards you, however, belief systems are powerful enough to make you believe that you are. You are worthy, lovable and so much more. You were born with purpose and it’s time to honor that.

What Is Psychoanalysis?

Psychoanalysis is a lot different from traditional therapy. In fact, it is not considered therapy at all. Therapy focuses more on cognitive techniques, CBT, diagnoses and interventions. Psychoanalysis is a journey and a more personal relationship between the analyst and analysand. It is a journey and many people enjoy it because they are able to take back their power through resolving their unconscious conflict. It is also under a medical model and requires a different set of education, training and facilitation from a psychoanalytic institute, for those who are Psychoanalysts or those holding certificates in psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis is the art of the unconscious and bringing the unconscious to the conscious mind; the issues that have been deeply repressed and are driving your life force, decisions, behavior and relationships, as a result. Depth work. Shadow work. Root work, are synonymous words to describe psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis is a form of mental surgery consisting of, free association, resistance, dream interpretation, transference, decoding defense mechanisms, projections and re-enactments, which show up in one’s life as a result of unresolved matters. In other words, your unresolved inner child is guiding your life force, until it is decoded, re-programmed and healed.
