Many women desire to learn about the male psyche and I wonder why? Perhaps it’s because times have changed. At one time, it was traditional for a man to ask the father to court daughter. If the father approved, the two courted for marriage. Yes, “courting” was a thing. There was once a time that a man had to marry a woman before he could be intimate. There was also a time when the internet and social medium didn’t exist. There was even a time when women weren’t easily accessible. A woman’s value was far beyond rubies in the olden days. Due to today’s time of social media, instagram, facebook, twitter, you name it, men don’t have to look far to sow their royal oats. They do not have to work as hard for the capture as they once did. Because of this, the value of romance, courtship, dating, etc has declined. Biologically speaking, the sperm fertilizes the egg. Men are wired to be action- oriented, aggressive and hunters, etc However, in todays dating world, with dating apps like, bumble, where women make the first move and excessive accessibility, understanding the male psyche has become somewhat of a mystery.
